Airline International Services
Gift orders will receive special care. Tell us on the order form under that the order is a gift, and we will wrap your gift and include your personalized message at no extra charge. Your gift will be sent directly to the address you request.
Airline International can personalize most of our products. In fact, many of our luggage and leather products have a designated area designed to allow for a name or initial embossing. We have complete engraving capabilities allowing us to personalize clocks, pens, desk accessories and all types of gifts. Although we do provide this service at no additional cost with your purchase, personalized products are non-refundable.
We offer a complete repair facility and are happy to offer service after the sale. If the repair is covered under the terms of a manufacturer warranty we will repair the damages at no cost, excluding freight and handling charges. Charges will apply for all repairs that are either normal wear and tear or do not fall under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer warranty. Upon sending in your repair, please include a daytime phone number, evening phone contact, fax number, or e-mail address so that we may contact you regarding possible repair charges.

Texas Residents: 8.25% sales tax will be added on all orders shipped in Texas.
APO / FPO Military Addresses: We ship to APO / FPO military addresses. However, please be aware of these factors:
- Not all items can be shipped to APO / FPO addresses. Orders may not exceed 70 lbs. (Some zip codes have lower limits); Orders may not exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth. (This means if your order is 100" in length and 40" when measured around it, it cannot be sent)
- When shipping to an APO / FPO address, delivery may take 3 to 6 weeks
- Claims for lost items will be filed by Airline International (as the shipper)
- The APO/FPO Claim Process is lengthy and may take up to 6 months
- The U.S. Postal Service will not allow the shipper to initiate a claim prior to 21 days after the article was mailed
- The U.S. Postal Service must first substantiate and approve the refund before Airline International can issue a credit or process a replacement product
- Please be informed, once Airline International drops off the package at the U.S. Postal Service, we have no control or tracking method
- All documentation and proof of processing is retained, in the unlikely event of loss for claims purposes

- Domestic Orders
Airlineintl.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB, or wire transfers. We will also enclose a copy of your payment receipt along with the merchandise purchase, unless you request otherwise.
- International Orders
Airlineintl.com accepts wire transfers only on orders outside of the United States. Please contact our customer service department for details. Airline International only includes fees for the merchandise, insurance, freight and handling. It is entirely the responsibility of our customers to pay for local taxes, duty, and brokerage fees if applicable. Refunds will exclude freight and handling.
Airlineintl.com will charge all Texas residents current sales tax for online orders. If you are not a Texas resident it is your responsibility to pay "use tax" for your purchase. This can be done by contacting your local State Comptroller. Out-of-state purchases are not exempt from local sales taxes.
Exchanges & Refunds
Airlineintl.com would like to make your shopping experience easy and pleasurable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the new and unused product within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging. There will be a restocking charge of fifteen percent (15%) of the invoice price for all returned merchandise other than defectives or shipping errors. Please include the copy of your original sales receipt to expedite the refund or exchange process. Note: We are unable to refund or exchange products that have been personalized. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. Return freight charges are at the customer’s expense. Please call 1-800-592-1234, if within the United States, or contact us by e-mail to arrange for a return authorization number and we will advise you how to proceed with your return.
