Inspired by original Faberge designs, the Michel Perchin Ball Point Collection typifies the artistic mastery achieved by Faberge and his workmasters. Crafted in Europe from .925 sterling silver, and bearing a hallmark from the UK, each individual piece is engraved with a guilloche pattern reminiscent of Faberge unique objets d' art.

Throughout his career, Faberge created and perfected over 140 different colors of enamel, however, greater recognition was achieved through the art of applying these enamels to a guilloched (engraved) surface. The Michel Perchin Ball Point Colection is a celebration of this process, and embodies the true art and beauty of Old World craftsmanship. Multiple layers of translucent enamel are applied to each guilloche pattern, then polished to a brilliant finish. To complete each piece, the nose section, clip, and decorative crown are adorned with rhodium and 22-karat gold.
