The latest in the Michel Perchin collection of spectacular writing instruments, the Russian embodies both the striking enamel colors and complicated double level engraving for which our firm is famous. Fashioned in part after the imperial Russian Faberge egg nicknamed "The Cuckoo", the sheer elegance of this piece is the result of a delicate dance between the subtle guilloche and intricate details of the cap, crow and end piece.

Special in every way, the Russian will only be available in 10 pieces each of the 8 colors and finishes. This includes the brilliant blue in 18-karat gold and rhodium finish, opalescent white in 18-karat gold and rhodium, opaque black in 18-karat gold and rhodium, deep red in 19-karat gold, and moss in rhodium plating. In addition, one piece in each of the 8 styles will be produced in a spectacular version featuring diamonds.
