To remember a pioneer using a tangible object can only be achieved with his best creations. New editions are not the answer because they would only be poor copies. Indeed if too many things are changed it would seem that we wished to substitute him.
What is needed is something that respects his philosophy and spirit, something that reproduces the aesthetics of his original designs, not only to keep alive his memory, but to emphasize the fact that the love and passion to create can be an undisputed legacy.
To celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the registration of the trademark, we have chosen some significant creations of Armando Simoni: the Doctor's Pen, the Extra Lucens, the Lucens and the Arlecchino, of which only one exemplar exists.
