four seasons by a combination of Taka-makie and Togidashi-makie

four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter.

Spring "Ohka Shun-cho"
Cherry blossoms created with golf foils accompanied by butterflies drawn with gold,
silver and platinum powder on Nashiji background sprinkled with gold powder.
Summer "Asagao Natsu-botaru"
Morning-glory drawn with gold, silver and platinum powder decorated with platinum grains,
gold foils and Aogai shell, along with fireflies drawn using red and black lacquer on gold background.
Autumn "Kohyoh Suzu-musi"
Autumn leaves drawn with gold, silver and platinum powder inlaid
with platinum grains and golf foils among bell rings insects created using
Aogai shell on vermilion lacquer background.
Winter "Yukiwa
Fuyu-usagi" Snow crystals drawn with gold, silver and
platinum powder enhanced with platinum grains, Aogai shell and crushed
eggshell in the presences of white hares on Hashiji background.
Pelikan "Four Seasons" are masterpieces with the
finely-chased 18 carat gold nib accented with platinum decor and Makie
Pelikan logo. Pelikan logo on the crown is also drawn with Makie and
the limited edition number and artist's signature are written in by hand
with Makie techniques.
